Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Flydreamz, we truly understand that plans can change. That's why we have designed our refund policy to be as transparent as possible. We are also sticking to the rules and regulations set by our travel providers. Please note that whenever you choose an airline or service then you need to go through the policies of both of us. We can only process your refund if both the policies support your situation, not only us.

Refund Eligibility:

When You Cancel:

  • Your deposits are completely refundable if you cancel 90 days before your flight date. If the booking is not refundable, we will tell you at the time of booking.
  • Beware of some travel services that are non-refundable for instance airline tickets or hotel bookings. If you wish to get a refund during these scenarios then we can't process it unless the service providers' rules allow us for an exception.
  • If you cancel within a time frame of 90 days then any refund will be completely dependent on the travel provider's policy. They may only offer a partial refund or apply penalties sometimes.

When We or Provider Cancels Your Booking:

  • In the rare case that we have to change or cancel the bookings, we will give you a suitable alternative or a full refund for the part of your trip that was affected.
  • For the disruptions caused by things like acts of God like natural disasters, any refunds or credits will be handled according to the travel provider's policies.

How to Get Your Refund?

The Process:

  • You need to request a refund through an email that is given in the contact us section.
  • Attach your booking number and a detailed reason for the cancellation.
  • If required, provide the supporting documents that will help you to get a refund easily like a medical certificate.

Processing Time:

We will process your refund request within 5-7 working days after we receive all the required documents. Please note that while we move immediately, your travel provider might take longer to process their part of the refund. We don't have any control over their timeline but we will do our part in the best way possible.

Refund Method:

The refund will be given back to the original form whatever the method of payment you have used. If we process your payment through a third party then it will take a little extra time to appear in your account.

After Ticketing Services:

Whenever you make the changes or cancel a booking after the ticket has been issued then we charge a post ticketing service fee. This fee will help us to cover the cost of the administrative work that was involved and it's in addition to any penalties from the travel provider.

Other Important Considerations:

  • If refund is not possible then the travel credit will be issued and these credits will depend on the travel provider's terms and expiration dates.
  • If you don't come up for your trip without informing or cancelling then you will lose your eligibility for a refund.
  • A ticket which is marked as non-refundable is exact and you can only get a refund if the third party rules make an exception.

Your Responsibilities:

Your bank or credit card company handles the currency exchange rates and any international transaction fees. Flydreamz isn't responsible for any fluctuations.

It's completely your responsibility to have all the important travel documents and we cannot issue a refund if your trip is cancelled because you don't have the right paperwork.
