ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

By using or accessing our services on this website you are agreeing to these terms. If you don't accept them then please stop using our services and kindly don't book any travel services with us.

We can modify these policies whenever we want and if you keep using our services after we make the amendments, it means you accept the new terms and conditions. We would suggest you save or print a copy for your records.

Important Note: Section 15 is given below which has details about arbitration and a class action exception for claims in the United States so please read them carefully.

DEFINITIONS:

  • We, Us and our refers to the Flydreamz which is the company that provides you the services that are described here.
  • Our services mean our website, apps and all the online tools that will help you to book travel.
  • Travel provider directly means the company or the third parties that are supplying the travel services like airlines, hotels etc. that you find on our platform.
  • Travel Services are those things like flights, hotels and all other travel experiences that are available on the site.
  • You mean the person or the consumers who are using our services for booking or anything through us.

We would request you to please read the terms and conditions carefully to avoid animation understanding and chaos.

SECTION 1: RULES AND STRICT RESTRICTIONS:

Along with these terms and conditions, your booking is also depending on the specific terms and conditions of the travel providers that you choose which we call the rules and restrictions. These might include the thanks like payment rules and refund policies along with the penalties and something that you can and can't use.

When you book with Flydreamz, you are agreeing to follow the rules and restrictions as well as the third parties that you have selected. We will show you these rules before you finish your booking and they are considered part of our terms as well.

If you don't follow the travel providers rules and restrictions then it could lead you to:

  • Your booking will be cancelled.
  • You can be denied access to our travel services.
  • You might lose any money that you have already paid.
  • You have to pay for the cost that Flydreamz for the other travel providers have because you didn't comply.

It's totally on you to read and understand the rules and restrictions of third parties too before you complete your booking. They can be different from us but equally important to be considered.

FREE CANCELLATION POLICY:

For the tickets that are bought in the United States, you can cancel your booking easily without any penalty. But, this is only applicable within 24 hours of buying and there's one condition too that the flight should be at least 7 days or 168 hours away when you book. For tickets that are bought in Canada, you can cancel without any penalty until 11:59 PM EST on the day you made the booking but no matter when your departure date was.

SECTION 2: USING OUR WEBSITE:

Reason and Authorized Usage:

Flydreamz gives you access to our online platform and services so that we can help you to find the information about different travel services and make bookings. You can only use our services for these personal and absolutely non-commercial purposes.

By using this site, you need to confirm that:

  • You need to be at least 18 years old and legally able to make independent decisions.
  • You will use our services according to these terms and all relevant laws.
  • All the information you will provide to us is accurate, updated and complete.
  • If you create an account then you are wholly responsible for keeping your login information secret and for everything that happens under your account.
  • If you are booking for other people then you need to take their permission and you will also tell them about the rules including the restrictions. Make sure that they give you consent and you will take responsibility for all the payments, changes and cancellations.

Prohibited Activities:

You are also agreeing with us that you will not:

  • Make any incorrect information or fraud bookings on behalf of anyone otherwise we have all the rights to sue you.
  • Utilise any automated tools like robots, scrapers or manual processes to access or copy our services without our permission.
  • Try to get around security or mess with how our services work.
  • Do anything that puts an incredible amount of stress on our systems.
  • Deep link to any part of our services or frame any part of it on another website without our written permission.

Access and Amendments:

We have the autonomy to deny your access to our services at any time if we have a good reason. We can also improve, change or even stop any part of our services without telling you first. We are strict about these rights because if any fraudster encounters us, the entire system can be corrupted which we can't afford.

Management of Account:

To create an account with us, you have to be at least 18 years old and follow all the instructions given on this website on our services. Your Flydreamz account information might let you access other related platforms or services that we run. When you use those, their specific terms and conditions will apply.

If you wish to delete your account then you can do so by following the account deletion process on our services. Check out our privacy statement for it as it will give you more information about the rights including how you request data deletion or access.

How We Work on Your Search Results?

We try our best to show you the search results that make sense for you and our standard sorting is set up to enable you to find the best options fast. But you can choose various sorting methods or use filters too to change your results. Sometimes, we will even show you the paid lists and they will be clearly marked as advertisements for something similar to set them apart.

Redirection and Other Booking Services:

Our services might send you to other booking platforms but you need to remember that any bookings you make on those third party sites are between you and them not with us. We are not accountable for those bookings and don't take on any liability for them. The third parties' terms and conditions will govern your rights and responsibilities.

SECTION 3: CONFIRMATION OF THE BOOKING:

Once you book with us then we will send you the confirmation through an email that you give to us. It will have all the important stuff related to your booking and the prices. If you don't get the confirmation within 24 hours then please contact us right away and don't wait after that. After making the payment, it's your right to get the confirmation email which will have all the necessary information related to your reservation. It is also a fact that we never delay in sending such emails and it can be a technical glitch which will be resolved quickly.

SECTION 4: PAYMENT-:

Price:

The price of the travel services will be what is shown on our services unless there is an evident mistake. As the prices can change then please understand that changes made after you confirm your booking usually will not affect your existing booking. But if we find a clear pricing error then it might give you the option to go ahead with your booking with the correct price. Or we will cancel your booking without any penalty. Flydreamz does not have any wish to show the wrong or lower prices if the mistakes should have been clear to you.

Taxes:

The prices that you see on our services might include taxes or tax recovery charges. They are usually calculated depending on the price of the travel service before any discounts unless there is a reduction in pricing that is relevant for tax reasons.

Our role in collecting and paying taxes is different according to the locations and a lot of the time, the travel providers are responsible for sending taxes to the government. The actual amount can change based on the time, location and tax laws. You might also need to pay certain local taxes like city or tourist taxes that are either collected by us and third-parties. We will let you know about any local taxes before you finish your booking if we have that information so that there are no hidden charges.

Payment Processing:

For some of the travel services, for instance packages, your payment will be collected in a few separate transactions and could show up as charges from more than one company on your statement. You don't need to worry about it as a total amount will not be more than the total price of your booking services.

When you pay at the time of your booking and it's in the local currency of our services then the company that handles your payment will be based on where our services are situated. Even with any legal stuff, if the payment is handled through third party processors by one of our affiliated companies based on the location, the laws of that company's location will apply to your payment transaction as well.

Our privacy statement is written in detail for you how we handle your payment and account information specifically if you save a credit or debit card for future use.

Payment Verification:

You provide the permission to the relevant Flydreamz Company or the travel providers to:

  • Check your payment method by asking them for an early authorisation, charging a small fee or utilising other verification methods.
  • Once it will be verified then you can charge your payment method for the booking amount.

Bank and Card Issuance Fee:

Your bank and card company might also charge you some extra amount for international transactions. Like if you use a card from a different country then the travel provider or if you choose to pay in different currency then you can't company might add additional or cross border fees.

Some banks can also charge currency conversion fees and if the currency of your booking is different from the currency of the card, then your card company might convert the amount and charge you a fee. If you have any questions about these aur related to the exchange rate they use, kindly contact your bank because Flydreamz is not accountable for any exchange rate changes or fees from your card company.

Currency Conversion:

Any of the money conversion rates you see on our services are based on public information and current exchange rates which can be changed between when you book and when you travel. But we always try to give you accurate and updated information. This agency can't promise that these rates will remain the same because we can't control them.

Other Payment Methods:

We might work with the companies that offer other methods to pay so that they can provide you more options. Flydreamz does not have any of them and we are not responsible for their content, actions or mistakes. Using any other payment method is at your own risk and is depending on that provider's own terms and policies.

Prevention from Fraud:

If reservation or account feels like it could be fraud or any form of abuse linked to the government sanctioned person aur the company then we might ask you for more information.

If we still think your booking or account is connected to any suspicious behaviour then we might even:

  • Cancel any bookings made under your name, email address or account.
  • Close any related accounts to you.
  • Take strict legal actions including asking for money back for our losses.
  • If you think your booking was cancelled or your account was closed by mistake then don't suffer silently and contact us for help.

Authorization of Payments, Terms and Conditions:

By using Flydreamz' services, you agree to the following payment authorization and travel arrangement terms:

  • You give us the permission to use your payment information to proceed with the payments directly with the relevant service providers for your approved travel plans. You also promise that you are an authorised user of the payment method and agree not to dispute the payment with your credit card company as long as a transaction is in line with this agreement.
  • You confirm that you have reviewed all your trip details like the itinerary and that they are correct. Any of the changes you make after approving the trip might come with extra fees. You know that we are a travel agency not a direct supplier and being unhappy with their services is not a reason to cancel your payment.
  • By authorising payment you also agree to the cancellation terms for all the parts of your travel arrangements. We are unfortunately not responsible for cancellation fees or voucher policies set up by the other suppliers. These fees are still valid even if you do a back step.
  • You are also responsible for making sure that you have relevant and updated travel documents, passport, Visa and other proof of citizenship. If you have any problem because of missing or invalid documents then it's all on you. You agree to follow the airline check-in rules like when to reach the airport before your flight and other things. If you don't do anything on time then you might be denied boarding at your own expenses.
  • You agree to follow all payment deadlines for your reservation. If you choose to pay late then you might lose your deposit and your booking could be cancelled. Service fees from us are non-refundable and can't be paid back.
  • If you're submitting this agreement electronically, it means you are signing in as a person. You know that we might take legal actions to enforce this contract if you do a step back to avoid fees that you agreed to. In that case, you agree to be responsible for all the relatable cancellation fees, legal amount and costs that we have to pay.
  • By using our services you are also agreeing to us to use your personal information for booking and managing your travelling. We might share this information with third parties directly that are involved in your traveling but we are not responsible for how they use your personal information after we have given it to them for your travel services. By moving ahead, you also confirm that you have read and understood and also agreed to our terms and conditions.

SECTION 6: CANCELLING OR CHANGING A BOOKING:

If you need to cancel or change a booking then please contact us first and you don't have any automatic right to cancel or change your reservations unless the travel providers' rules and restrictions allow it. The service providers might cost you a fee for cancellations or amendments as outlined in their rules. You agree to pay any fees that are applicable also if you change your booking, the new arrangements might be more expensive especially if you make the modifications closer to the travel date.

For instance:

  • If you don't cancel or change your hotel booking within the cancellation period then you might get charged a fee.
  • Some properties will not let you make any changes or cancellations after you book.
  • If you book a pay later option and don't show up or cancel according to the policy then the property might charge you a no-show or cancellation fee too.
  • If you don't use all the book travel services then any refunds will be based on the rules and regulations.
  • If you are booking for more than one person then cancellation fees might apply to each person not only to you.
  • If a travel provider is allowing you to cancel or change then we will charge an admin fee for which we will let you know about it before you finalize the change or cancellation.

Other Changes and Cancellations:

  • Your reservation can be cancelled if you don't go for the full payment option all when you don't pay the extra fees which are remaining.
  • Usually the service providers or even we need to cancel or modify your booking because of things like any unexpected events or overbooking. If it doesn't happen when everything will be easy, if any of the things happen then we will inform you as early as possible to give you either other options or a refund.

Refunds:

If you want to receive the refund then it will be received by you as an original payment that you have used at the time of booking. The amount will be given by the company that first took your payment. We cannot see how long it takes for the travel provider to process your refund and any fees we charge you are usually not refundable unless we said otherwise when you booked.

SECTION 7: TRAVEL SERVICE TERMS:

This segment has some set of rules that might apply depending on what kind of services you book. These rules add to but do not replace the third party rules and regulations that you saw before booking. If there is any conflict then the travel provider's rules will win.

Stays:

This platform might give you the option to pay now or pay later for the rooms including taxes and fees and they are shown accordingly. Tax rates and currency exchange rates might be different between your booking date and your stay date. You can't expect the same rates that you have viewed earlier.

Pay Now:

If you choose the pay now option then our payment processor will usually charge your payment method when you book. The total amount will include the room rates, tax recovery charges, service fees and any of the taxes on the rooms or other services. By booking, you are letting us handle the payment arrangements with the travel provider for you.

Pay Later:

If you choose the pay later option then the travel provider will generally charge your payment method when you arrive or according to their policy which you will see during the process of booking. Because of high fraud rates in the market, all the service providers including us are a little bit cautious about paying later.

Deposits at Check-in:

Some properties even ask for the credit card or cash deposit when you check in to cover extra costs. This is completely separate from any payment you made to us for the booking.

No-Show Policy:

If you don't show up for the first night of your stay but still plan to use the other nights then you have to let us know before time. If you don't then your entire booking will be cancelled and no-show penalty will be charged. If it was because of some circumstances and accidents, you will definitely be going for the rebooking option for the next available flight. Beware about the fare difference if the new flight will be more costly.

Group Bookings:

You cannot book more than 8 rooms at the same property for the same dates through us. And if you do it then we will cancel your bookings and charge a cancellation fee. For more than 8 rooms you need to ask about our group booking option and you might need to sign a contract or pay a non-refundable fee.

Property Ratings:

They are just general guidelines based on the local or national standards and might not match the amenities or services in your home country. We do not guarantee a property rating because it cannot be in our hands no matter how hard we try to do it. It's all up to the market but we promise that we will give you the most updated and quick information whenever you ask us.

Meals:

Your stay will include the meals and the number of meals is usually based on how many nights you have booked. Full meals usually include breakfast, lunch and dinner and half ones have only breakfast and one other meal. You will not get a refund for any meals that you don't eat.

Flights:

Your flight booking contract is between you and the airline and flight prices along with the availability are not final until your payment is processed and the tickets are booked. At the end of the booking when you are about to make the payment, all the inclusive taxes and amount will be displayed in front of you and you need to cross check them carefully before paying.

Low-Cost Flights:

Some of the affordable airlines will show prices in the different currency than your credit cards. We might provide you an estimate in your local currency but the actual amount charged can be different because of exchange rates or extra fees from your bank.

Changes and Cancellations of Affordable Flights:

Some low budget airlines might only let you change or cancel directly with them but we might not get updated if you do this. You should keep all your documents and emails related to any changes you make with the airline as proof. The best option during this situation is to keep your emails starred so that they will be in the save folder and can be found directly.

Site Redirection:

When you use our site then you might sometimes be sent to an airlines website to finish your booking and payment. If this ever happens with you then your contract is directly with that airline and we are not involved or responsible for any bookings you complete with them. It doesn't mean that we are saving ourselves from the responsibilities but it is a convenient and direct method for you to take the benefit of services directly.

Flight Terms and Conditions:

By booking flights through us you are also agreeing for the following:

  • Airline schedule changes for different reasons. If the airline tells us about the change then we will let you know and help you with your options but you should always check your departure time before your travel.
  • The airline controls seat assignments and we can't promise that you will get the specific heat if you have done the advance booking for it.
  • If you don't use the first part of the round trip ticket then the airline will cancel your return flight without giving you a refund.
  • The details about the airline, schedule and aircraft type along with stops are just the guidelines. They can change so review the rules and regulations before you book.
  • Some airlines even charge extra for things like meals, picking a seat and checked bags, etc. Unless you can book the services on our site, any of the information we give about them and their fees is just for reference and can change at the airline's discretion.
  • You have to follow the rules and regulations of specific airlines for child passengers. The kids who are older than two on the return date have to have a return ticket at the child fare and some airlines don't even give the refunds for seat charges if the child's age and ticket type don't match. Rules for the minors that are travelling alone and other restrictions on kids travelling will follow the airline's terms.

Navigating Air Travel Rules:

The first thing that you need to take care of is that the dangerous items on the plane are not allowed at all. The rules are extremely strict related to them in your checked bags, cabin baggage or on your person. The rules and regulations are strict because of many reasons to keep the environment safe and it would be great if you check with the airline directly whenever you have doubts about certain items.

The One-Way Tickets:

Sometimes, booking two separate one-way tickets is a smarter option than a single round trip. Flydreamz might present this option to you because it can offer more flexibility and can potentially save you some cash. The catch is that each ticket is an independent booking with its own unique set of rules and restrictions.

For instance, if the airline cancels one of your flights then you are responsible for any of the changes or costs related to the other flight. We will make sure to let you know that if you are reserving one way tickets so you can make an informed choice that works for your travel plans.

Loyalty Programs and Flydreamz-

If you are a frequent flyer of any airline and have vouchers then it would be great. You need to understand that you can't redeem them directly through us. For more information on how to use them you need to get in touch with our service team and we will do our best to guide you.

Who's Flying the Plane?

Sometimes the airline operating your flight might be different from the one who originally booked with you. This is what we call code share flights and we will make it clear about them during the booking process if this is the case. Even so, the payment on your statement will come from the airline that booked your tickets. It's a very common practice so you don't need to worry as it will not change your plan.

What if You Don't Show Up?

If you miss a flight or have to cancel it then you might be able to get a refund for some of the airport taxes and fees you have paid. Airlines sometimes allow this even if the ticket itself is not refundable. If you want to request a refund for these fees then just directly contact us. We will submit the request to the airline on your behalf and handle all the administrative formalities for you.

Airlines Liability:

It's extremely important to remember that airlines have their own rules regarding liability and these rules are usually governed by international agreements and laws. The airline is responsible for any injuries, death and other losses but the liability is often capped. The specifics are detailed in the rules and registrations of the airline which you need to review before you book.

Car Rental Payments:

For some of the car rental bookings the payment is processed by the rental company directly not us. You need to be prepared for this because when you go to pick up your car, the person whose name is on the rental agreement will need to have a valid credit card. The majority of the companies don't even accept debit cards. They can even sometimes hold on your card so make sure that you have spare credit cards available. For some bigger vehicles they even might require two credit cards. If you can't meet the requirements, they can even refuse to give you the car and you can be charged the full price. It's all about their rules and regulations that you have to follow if you need this service.

Extra Fees You Should Know About:

You have to expect to pay for some things directly at the rental counter. These can include fuel, charges for additional drivers, fees for young drivers, child seats and snow tires. Flydreamz is not accountable for any of the additional charges and they are dependent on the availability. It's always recommended to have a word with your rental company directly before starting a service. Beware of the insurance excess too if the car is stolen or damaged then you might be responsible for a portion of that cost depending on the coverage.

Picking Up and Using the Rental:

Most of the drivers need to be between 21 and 75 but this can be different. If you are outside that age range then you might have to pay extra. You will need to show a valid driving licence and sometimes an international driving permit, passport or any proof of address. Also, there might be rules about where you can drive the car like not being able to take it across borders or on a ferry. If you have made other arrangements then you must return the car to the same place from where you have picked it up.

Cancellations and Unused Days:

If you cancel a rental within 6 hours of your scheduled pickup then you will not be able to get a refund and the same goes for any days when you don't end up using. Asking for the refund in the situations will not be appropriate and suitable so make sure you have read and understood the details properly to proceed further.

Cruises:

Some of the cruise lines will ask you to sign a liability form before you can get on board or take part in certain activities. Don't panic as this is the standard procedure and it's important to read it before you sign. It is not only for us and the third parties or other service providers but it is for your own good.

Activities and Tours:

Just like with the cruises, some tour and activity providers will require you to sign the same type of form. These bookings usually can't be transferable and not even refundable unless the provider cancels the activity. You can't change these bookings after they are made.

Packages:

Whenever you book a package with us like a flight and hotel together then each part of the package is still governed by its own set of rules from the individual providers. These are in addition to our own terms and if there is ever a conflict between our terms and the provider terms then the provider's rules will apply.

SECTION 8: INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL:

The Risks of International Travel:

If you are planning to begin your journey to specific locations then you can expect some risks. Before you go for the bookings, you have to check the warnings or advisories by the government. It's always a kind of mandatory thing to stay updated and be prepared for the risks that can come in front of you without prior warning.

Health and Passport Requirements:

It is completely your responsibility to figure out what vaccinations or medications you need for your trip. Check with the health care professional before you leave and you also need to make sure that you have a valid Passport and Visa. Requirements can change so kindly confirm them with the relevant embassies or consultants long before your departure date. Flydreamz is not responsible if you are denied entry to a specific country because your documents are not in order.

Some of the governments also require airlines to provide information about the passengers. If you have any questions about this then you should contact the airline directly. We honestly don't guarantee that international travel is risk free and we are not responsible for any losses or damages that might come from travelling to certain places.

After Booking Service Fees and Related Terms and Conditions:

At Flydreamz, we understand that plans can change that's why our post ticketing service fees are a part of that. These fees cover the time and effort it is for us to process your request after your tickets have been issued. When you use our services you agree to these terms.

General Rules and Service Fees:

This amount will apply to any changes you make to the existing booking including the cancellations, refunds or modifications to the tickets. This is because they cover our administrative cost for starting the work. Our fees are separate from and in addition to any fees or fair differences charged by the airline or third parties. All the fees can change without notice and they are charged per person and per ticket not as a group.

Refunds and Credits:

If you want to get a refund or credit then it completely depends on the airline rules. Flydreamz will charge a fee for the administrative work of processing your request and this is an addition to any penalties from the airline. You can only get a refund if the airline rules allow you for it and you are not a no show person. If the airline has approved the refund then it will be credited soon.

Non-refundable Tickets and Special Services:

Many of the tickets are not refundable so a refund is only possible if the airline fare rules permit it. Even then, the airline might still keep some of the money as a penalty and our service fee will still apply. If you come under the no show policy then the airline will refuse any refund or credit but our service fee for attempting to get one is still not refundable.

For the special request like any corrections on your tickets and booking special meals, we will review it carefully and then we will charge a service fee for the request and if the airline denies it, our fee is still non-refundable. You might need to provide the documents like a medical certificate for requests.

Modifications and Cancellations:

Every airline has their own rules and regulations for changes and cancellations and we will let you know about all our fees and their fees or penalties before we finalize your request. You have to approve these charges in advance and if the new itinerary costs more than you have to pay that difference in addition to our services.

Payment and Processing:

You have to pay all the service fees before we start working on your request and while we work quickly, the processing time can still depend on the airline. Delays on their end will not affect our service fees and we can't guarantee that an airline will approve your request for refund or a change. Our job is just to facilitate the process and if they reject it then you are still responsible for our non-refundable fees.

Fare Selection and Add-Ons:

Whenever you book, you have a choice of standard ticket or a flexible ticket. The standard ticket is free but comes with no extras and if you need to make the change or go for the cancellations, you will pay our full service fees along with the penalties and fare differences from the airline. The next option is flexible tickets which removes our service fees for changes so that you can only pay the airline penalty and any fare difference. It will also deduct our fees for cancellations and you will get free seat selection at check-in and could get complimentary upgrades based on the availability. The benefits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Optional Extras:

You can also choose to add on other services like price drop protection. If the price of your ticket drops within one day of reservation then you are eligible for a refund of the difference. This refund is automatic and will be sent back to your original payment method. You have to purchase this at the time of booking.

Automatic check-in is another add-on where we will automatically check you in as soon as the airline allows it and email your boarding pass to you. This might not work if you have a special request and you are responsible for providing the correct traveller information.

General Rules for Extras:

All the add-ons are optional and non-refundable and if your booking changes then you will not get a refund for the add ons. They will be applicable on a per traveller basis and we can refuse or cancel the services if you find any suspicious activity. If anything goes wrong with the add on then you need to contact us before your departure to get the immediate help.

SECTION 9: LIABILITY-

Our Role in Liability-

Flydreamz provide a service that is connected with you related to the travel providers and we don't actually provide the travel services by ourselves. The service providers are completely responsible for the services day offer and to an extent allowed by the law, we are not responsible for any issues with the services or errors or negligence on the part of the providers. We are also not liable for any personal injuries, property damage or other losses that result from the services or the provider actions.

Service providers are responsible for making sure that all the information on our site is accurate. We are not liable for any inaccuracies unless we caused them. Any ratings or photos are just general guides and provide all the information without warranties. Nothing is promised that our services or emails are free from the virus and just because we show something doesn't mean we endorse it.

If you found us to be level for any loss then our liability is limited to the direct damages you actually suffered and it will not be more than the cost you paid for the services. We are not accountable for any issues caused by the events that are not in our control like natural disasters.

Indemnity:

You agree to protect us and our employees from any claims or losses that result from breaking these terms, violating any rules or using our services inappropriately. We can't say that anything that is done through online sources is 100% credible that's why you need to take care of your actions on each and every step of booking.

SECTION 10: REVIEWS, COMMENTS AND PHOTOS:

When you submit reviews, photos or other content to us then you are confirming that it's your original work and you have the right to let us use it. You give us a broad right to use, reproduce and share your content worldwide in any media. We can choose to use your name or not and you are responsible for your submissions and they must not be illegal. They can't contain the commercial aspects or violate anyone's intellectual property. We can remove or modify your submissions at any time without notice and if you submit multiple reviews for the same property then we might only use the most recent one.

SMS Disclosures:

With your permission, we might send you the text messages about your appointments. The number of messages may be different but you can text help for assistance or stop to unsubscribe. The standard message and data rates will be applied.
