The payment for all the filing, administration and fees will be governed by the rules of the same association unless we state otherwise in this section. If your total claims are for less than $10,000 then we will reimburse you for any filing fees you pay to the AAA and we will cover the arbitrator's fees. You can choose to have the arbitration by phone, based on the return documents, aur in person where you live or at another location you both agree on.
To go further with an arbitration, you have to send a request letter for arbitration and let us know about your claims to us at our address. If we request the arbitration against you then we will notify you at the email or street address that you have provided. If you purchase a plane ticket then make sure you have read the full terms and conditions of carriage from the airline which you can find on their website. You agree to follow the purchase terms and conditions set by any third party you choose to deal with including all the amount on time and following their rules and restrictions for fares, products or services. An airfare is only guaranteed once you have completed the purchasing and the tickets have been issued. Airlines and other travel suppliers can change their prices without notice. We have all the rights to cancel your booking if we do not receive the full payment within the time frame.
Flydreamz may offer you the option to book two one sided tickets instead of the round trip as it will give you the greater choice of flights and it is often the cheap option which can be used on the same or different airlines. Unlike the round-trip tickets, each one-sided ticket has its own rules and regulations along with the restrictions and fees. If one of your flights is affected by an airline change like the cancellation that causes you to change your other flight then you will be responsible for any fees that will be chargeable for changing the unaffected flight.
For some of the low budget airlines, the flight prices that we show you is an estimate in your local currency. Just because of this, the amount charged to your credit card by the airline might be a little bit different due to the currency fluctuation. Your bank statement may also include a fee from your card issuer for the processing of an international transaction along with any applicable taxes.
The federal law doesn't allow carrying the harmful materials on the plane either as luggage or in person. A violation can lead you to imprisonment and penalties and sometimes both. The dangerous material includes explosive items, gases that are compressed, liquids that can be flammable and solids too, poisons and radioactive materials. You acknowledge that our companies negotiate in advance for certain room rates with hotels to make it easier for you to book the reservations. You also acknowledge that we charge a facilitation fee for our services in making these bookings. The room rate you see on the website is a combination of both and you authorise us to book reservations for the total price of everything included where applicable taxes and other charges will be there. You say yes to get your card charged by us for the complete reservation pricing. When you submit your request then you authorised us to facilitate your hotel reservations including making the payments to hotels on your behalf.
You also acknowledge that, except for taxes on the amounts we keep for our services, this agency does not collect taxes to send to the government. The tax recovery charges on the prepaid hotel transactions are an estimate of the taxes that we pay to the hotel on the room's rental rate. The hotels are responsible for sending these taxes to the correct tax authorities. Flydreamz does not act as a vendor with the hotels and the tax amount we pay to the hotels may be different from the tax recovery charges that we collect depending on the rates in effect when you actually use the hotel. We keep the service fees as extra compensation for our work in providing other services and these service fees are different depending on the type and amount of your hotel.
You can cancel or change your prepaid hotel reservation but you will be charged the cancellation or change fee that is specified in the rules and restrictions for that hotel. If you don't cancel or change your reservation before the hotel's cancellation policy period then you will be charged for the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges and service fees. If you don't show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the following nights, you have to confirm the changes with us by the end of the first night so that your entire reservation cannot be cancelled.
You also agree to pay any cancellation or changing fees you incur. In some cases, hotels do not allow changes or cancellations after a reservation is made. You agree to stick with these terms of use for your prepaid hotel bookings.
Sales, usage and local hotel occupancy taxes are imposed on the amounts that we charge for our services in some places. The real tax amounts on our services will be different depending on the rates at the time of your hotel stay.
You cannot book more than 8 rooms online at the same hotel for the same dates. If we find that you have booked more than that then we will cancel your bookings and charge you a cancellation fee. If you have paid the non-refundable deposit, it will be cancelled and if you need to book 9 or more rooms then you must go for the group travel services. Call our travel specialist and they will help you in filling out a group travel form online. They will also help you with your request, and you will be asked to sign a written contract or pay a non- refundable deposit.

But if you select another option then the hotel will charge your card in the local currency at the time of your stay. Note that the taxes and fees will be different between the two options. The tax rates and foreign exchange rates can change between the time you book and the time of your stay. Our coupons can only be applied to pay online now.
When available, we may offer the extra discounted hotel booking options on our website that are known as unpublished rates. They are different from other hotels in several important ways.

The exchange rates and foreign transaction fees are determined by your bank on the day they process the transaction. If you are the loyalty program member of any program other than Flydreamz rewards then you will link your program account to your Flydreamz account during the registration. We reserve the right to deny your registration, unlink your account or end your ability to use the points on our site for any reason. When you link your accounts then your loyalty program provider may give us the information about your account including your balance points.
There is no fee to redeem your points on this site and you can only use the points for eligible travel related services that we determine at our caution. Your loyalty program provider will deduct the points that you choose to use from your account balance. You cannot combine points from different loyalty programs for a single transaction however if you don't have enough points for your purchase then you will be able to use your card that is linked to the account in order to complete the transaction. In some cases, only specific cards that are associated with the loyalty program can be used. We may also at our discretion will allow you to combine the points with eligible coupons.
All the value of those points that you use is determined by the conversion rate that is set by your loyalty program provider. This rate can be changed by the provider at any time and some providers may also require you to use the minimum number of points for any single transaction.
